While many non-prescription pharmaceutical drugs are effective in treating nausea, it is advisable to avoid these medications in pregnancy, especially throughout the first trimester. There are certain special remedies that can ease nausea, and ginger tea with a taste of lemon inside is but one a large number of women find to function.

Another one of the morning sickness remedies is elevating feet above your torso. This works on the same idea of the previous method. The blood will remain within your torso area and earn your stomach very oxidized (which is a good thing).
